MacroVation is developing advanced foam materials and integrated delivery concepts for non-lethal restraint applications. The program connects formulation and material behavior with prototype hardware and evaluation.

A useful material system depends on more than a formulation. Our work considers how the material is handled, how it interacts with relevant surfaces, and how it can be removed after use. Laboratory development and prototype evaluation inform the next iteration.
