Measure the behavior that matters to the design.
Analytical characterization is a core part of MacroVation's development work. We use material measurements and application-focused testing to connect a formulation or printed part with the engineering decision it must support.
The team combines chemical and physical characterization with prototype evaluation. Methods are selected around the question: how a material behaves, how reliably a process can be repeated, or what evidence is needed for the next program milestone. In-house work can be complemented by appropriate external testing.
