Capability

Additive manufacturing for molds, tooling, and prototypes.

MacroVation works across polymer and ceramic materials using additive approaches that include stereolithography (SLA) and fused deposition modeling (FDM). We connect the fabrication method to the geometry, material behavior, and purpose of the part.

Our additive capability supports mold and fixture development, prototype parts, and material-system iteration. The work extends beyond a printed object to the measurement and evaluation needed to determine whether it suits the intended manufacturing task.
