MacroVation™ works closely with our neighbor, Virginia Tech, as well as other universities and companies to develop novel materials for 3D printing applications.
From recyclable green thermoprintable resins to UV cure acrylates, composites, and nanomaterial hybrids with engineered properties. We look forward to solving unique problems for needs you have in 3D printing of dielectrics or conductors. We are also adept at providing post-print processing solutions to your manufacturing needs such as conductive and non-conductive surface coatings and treatments
Novel Manufacturing
MacroVation™ is adept at low volume prototyping to low-volume scale up. We have commercial reactors that go from laboratory scale to production. We have in house reactors going from ounces to 25 gallon batches. We are able to create novel processing flows to produce high yields at low costs for many chemical systems. Please reach out to discuss your problems so that together we can find solutions.
NanoMaterials, Composites, and Coatings
MacroVation™ is constantly developing new materials, technologies and application methods. We have in-house explosion proof milling for making our own inorganic/organic NanoMaterial systems and are allied with a number of external vendors who have already developed great nano-material solutions of their own. We have unique technology and IP to create nano-material dispersions that prevent the clumping and amalgamations that lead to in homongeous mixtures. In addition we have coatings and coating methods to prevent corrosion even in extreme wear and temperature environments. Let us know what problem you are trying to solve and we will work to find your unique solution.
